Steps for a better life

 Follow these steps and you will have a long and happy life.


  • Do exercise to live better and feel good.
  • Have a pet because they are unconditional and make us happy.
  • Eat healthy, Fruist , vegetables, antioxidants and protein.
  • Dont smoke because  is bad for our health.
  • Drink wΓ‘ter because is a vital liquid and it is necessary for our body.
  • Sleep 7 or 8 hours a day because the body needs to recuperate energy.



  • Listen to music to feel good, relax, or dance and jump.
  • To Be happy and positive.
  • Controlling stress.
  • Forgive mistakes to live in peace.
