Follow these steps and you will have a long and happy life.
- Do exercise to live better and feel good.
- Have a pet because they are unconditional and make us happy.
- Eat healthy, Fruist , vegetables, antioxidants and protein.
- Dont smoke because is bad for our health.
- Drink wΓ‘ter because is a vital liquid and it is necessary for our body.
- Sleep 7 or 8 hours a day because the body needs to recuperate energy.
- Listen to music to feel good, relax, or dance and jump.
- To Be happy and positive.
- Controlling stress.
- Forgive mistakes to live in peace.

In my opinion, most of the people don't see those steps as easy steps. They think it's hard to do all the things you say.
